I am all about any reason to go to the mall and Lenox Square keeps giving me good ones to go for 4th of July. They are hosting a family-friendly carnival in addition to all the other entertainment and activities they have going on for the 4th. Also check out the Taste of the Fourth and of course the largest fireworks display in the southeast. (And maybe you can get some shopping in too...as long as you're there!) Aveda Summer Soiree

I was so excited to be able to attend the Aveda Summer Soiree tonight.  First of all, I was happy to get out of the house without kids and a diaper bag.  Secondly, I love Aveda products but just don't get the time to "play" around with beauty products anymore.  And lastly, I wanted to meet some fellow bloggers.  I was able to do ALL of that!  Yea!  As a bonus, I won a door prize with several sun care products that are perfect for my upcoming trips to FL and Vegas.  Double Yea!  Thanks Blogrollers!

I just went to this movie today (thanks to Mocha Moms, Inc) and had a great time. My big kids (4 and 2) sat through the whole thing and really liked it. I didn't know if they would because it wasn't animated and they haven't seen a lot of commercials or heard a lot about it...but they did.
