Since I've been pregnant or breastfeeding for nearly 5 years straight, I can totally relate to breastfeeding mothers not being supported enough. I am nursing my 10 month old still and expect to do that until he's 1 year old but people are not always happy to see me doing it. I definitely cover up and try to be as discreet as possible but I simply refuse to go into a bathroom or always lug everything back to my car or back home. Geez...I'd never be able to leave the house if I couldn't nurse in public. Anyway, go on and read this story and let me know what you think? Do you think nursing moms are supported? Parents Palooza coming to Atlanta

Parents Palooza, the ultimate parenting event, heads to Atlanta's Cobb Galleria on February 26 and 27. This family-friendly event will include speakers, fun activities for kids and grownups, giveaways, and lots and lots of parenting resources.

Parents Palooza is billed as a celebration of parenthood. It will be both an entertaining and educational event that the entire family will enjoy. Their speakers and informational booths will cover everything parent and family related from education and nutrition to entertainment and toys. This event is for families with toddlers to teens and they will have information on everything from potty training to college applications.
In addition to the wealth of information, the whole family will enjoy entertainment of all kinds including bounce houses, talent exhibitions, video game challenges, spa treatments, taste testing booths, and family competitions. In addition there will be incredible giveaways, coupons, samples, and a chance to win great prizes. There will also be a Meet the Blogger area where attendees can meet the bloggers they read daily. Happy 2011!

Did you have a good New Year's Eve?  Better question, will you have a good "new" year?  I started thinking yesterday that I'd rather spend time getting 2011 started off right then partying hard to end 2010.  Maybe that's because I am getting older.  Or because I have 3 little kids.  Or maybe it's because I am looking forward more than I'm looking back. 

I hope you ended 2010 on a good note but I REALLY hope that you are getting  this new year off on the right foot to have a fantastic next chapter in your life.
