The St. Regis is the ultimate in luxury and their tea is no different. I've been to tea just once and would like to go back soon! I would suggest going with a small group though. I went with a large group (about 25) and the service didn't seem as up to St. Regis expectations. I'm a tea conniseuer...LOVE afternoon tea...and this is one of my favorites in Atlanta.
